Reservations are CLOSED.

Reservations for Cycle 16 will open at 12:01 a.m. on October 24th.

Reservations will last until 11:59 p.m. UTC of the first day applications are opened. (For Cycle 15, that is July 24th) After that, you are still welcome to apply for that cycle. However, your application will go into the queue with the open applications until the cycle quota is met or applications close. You may only reserve one character for each team.

Reserves are put into place to ensure you have saved your spot in the limited number of applications accepted for each cycle. The first day of applications is only open to reservists. So think of a reserve as your front of the line pass to applications, guaranteeing that you'll be saved a seat.
